As an estimator you will be required to evaluate tenders, bill of quantity and submit quotations to meet client specifications. The ability to take off metalwork quantities from engineering drawings is an essential part of the job role.
An estimator within the Sales team is required to have good communication skills with good inter-personal and organisational skills to efficiently work through challenging project details.
A successful candidate should have the ability to work on their own initiative when unsupervised providing competitive prices and implementing the correct procedures.
You are required to have the following attributes:
- Commercial and contractual knowledge
- IT skills
- Mathematical qualification
